Sign-up is easy. Check your eligibility and provide your verification details and documents online, create your FirstNet profile and link it to your AT&T account if you have one for additional discounts. Once your account is verified, you’ll have access to FirstNet service.

Documents we use to verify your eligibility vary based on your job title. Review accepted eligibility documents

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive the first eligibility verification email or text to submit the required documents. We will send you email and text reminders every 5 days for 30 days.

If you don’t take action or we cannot otherwise verify your eligibility, your outbound calls will route to FirstNet Customer Support. A FirstNet representative will help you verify your eligibility, move you to an AT&T consumer rate plan or cancel your FirstNet service. 

An affiliation code is provided by pre-approved FirstNet agencies. If your agency is already a verified FirstNet customer, individual public safety personnel can sign up using their agency’s affiliation code to help expedite the eligibility process. Ask your agency’s admin for the affiliation code and enter the code when requested during the sign-up process.

Interested agencies can sign up for FirstNet by completing this form. This form is for new agency customers who are interested in signing up for FirstNet and learning about related products. Once submitted, a FirstNet specialist will contact you to help sign up your agency.
