Activate your eSIM for iPad: New line of service after initial setup is complete
DETAILED STEPS
After receiving Setup notification
1. User must be connected to Wi-Fi
2. User may receive a notification on the device FirstNet Cellular Plan Ready to be Installed
3. Tap this notification to complete setup
4. Settings will open
5.Ā User will select the cellular plan action item with the red notification alter icon next to it.
6. User given option to selectĀ āNew Cellular Planā
7. User will seeĀ Install Cellular PlanĀ screen and selectsĀ Continue

7. User will see Install Cellular Plan screen and selects Continue
8. eSIM is being downloaded in the background
9. When your device setup is complete, lock the screen, and verify your FirstNet Service is active (you should see āFirstNetā at the top left of your Lock Screen)
If you still cannot get the eSIM to download after following the steps above, please call FirstNet SupportĀ 800-574-7000.
